Vulcan now has advanced carbon fiber felt technology, with carbon fiber soft felt as raw material to produce cured felt and after 2400 ℃ high-temperature graphitization of one-time molding. The hard felts are structured by density gradient method and treated with surface treatment or purification for higher strength and better oxidation resistance. All felting equipment, impregnation equipment, curing and molding equipment, carbonization and graphitization equipment, and high temperature chemical purification equipment are developed independently.

CFC composite materials are particularly suitable for use in high-temperature furnaces in inert atmospheres or vacuum environments or in chemical processing technology environments. The products are subjected to non-destructive and destructive testing to ensure a high degree of reliability during use.
The absolutely leading purification process in China can purify the purity to below 5ppm, with a purification depth of 50mm on one side. At the same time, it can release the processing stress to reduce the deformation of graphite materials in the ultra-high temperature environment of the thermal field and improve the product life.
