Our carbon fiber long-fiber composite rigid felt is specially designed to withstand extreme temperatures up to 3000°C in an oxygen-free environment while maintaining excellent chemical stability, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh production environments without deformation or degradation. The material has an extremely low thermal conductivity of 0.13 W/m·K at 1000°C, optimizing insulation and thermal management. Our semiconductor-grade products achieve high purity, with metal element content controlled below 1 ppm (6N level), effectively mitigating contamination-related defects.

Application
